What will you do?

  • Lead and execute the LATAM marketing strategy, aligning regional goals with global corporate guidelines.
  • Position the brand as a key player in UPS solutions for AI-driven critical infrastructure across the region.
  • Design and manage B2B demand generation campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM) targeting decision-makers in data centers and IT infrastructure.
  • Drive lead generation, nurturing, and pipeline support in collaboration with commercial teams using CRM tools.
  • Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and webinars across LATAM.
  • Develop and manage technical-commercial content (case studies, whitepapers, product materials, webinars).
  • Oversee regional digital channels (LinkedIn, website, sales materials) and coordinate with external agencies.
  • Act as the main liaison between LATAM and the U.S. corporate marketing team, ensuring brand consistency and local relevance.
  • Track and report KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI to regional leadership.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget and identify strategic partnerships across the ecosystem.

What are they looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven experience in brand positioning and demand generation in LATAM markets.
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and technical B2B solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Experience managing events, digital campaigns, and content strategies for B2B audiences.
  • Ability to work in matrix organizations and collaborate with global teams (U.S.-based leadership).
  • Native Spanish and advanced English (C1+); Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, creativity, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in multicultural environments.
